Villa Ozamiz is the ideal spot for those who love to be in the center of the action. Just a 1-minute walk from the famous La Favela nightclub and steps from the bustling Eat Street, this villa is perfect for partygoers, but also family retreats.
Bedrooms
This villa features 4 bedrooms: 3 with king-size beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV, wardrobe with hangers, mirror, air-conditioning, safety box, towels, and an ensuite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are located downstairs, while the master bedroom is upstairs. The master bedroom also features an additional balcony and a working desk.
Kitchen
The open-space kitchen adjoins the living area, dining area, and pool. It comes fully equipped with a large fridge, water dispenser, gas stove, sink, trash bin and microwave. The kitchen also includes all necessary cookware, such as pots, pans, a toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, utensils, kitchen knives, plates, and glasses.
Bathroom
The villa includes 4 spacious ensuite bathrooms, each equipped with its own toilet, sink, mirror, outdoor shower, and towels. The bathrooms feature essential amenities, including soaps, shampoos, toothbrushes, shower caps, cotton buds, complimentary water, and toilet paper.
Living Area
The villa features an open space living area that adjoins the dining area, kitchen, and pool. The living area consists of a large couch, flatscreen TV, stereo speakers, ceiling fan, and a coffee table
Dining Area
The dining area is located between the kitchen and living area and exists of a large glass dining table that comfortably seats 8 people. It comes with complimentary paper towels and a ceiling fan.
Swimming pool
The villa features a private pool located next to the open living and dining area. The pool is 5.5 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 1.5 meters deep. It is large enough for swimming and includes a shallow area with cushions on the side for sitting or lounging.
